Our engineers all highly trained by our principals have developed precise skills to provide consultation and turnkey system design, installation, maintenance contract, resident service, and consultation services.

Many of our customers have mission critical networks where NetSys is committed to maintaining and providing a superior level of support at the same time introducing the new emerging technologies to customer thereby protecting their investment.

The core business for NetSys can be categorised into four areas :-

Datacomm Networking
This area include WAN and LAN networking, ISDN Back-up System, FAX, Voice and Data Encryption and Dial-in Security System. Our principals for these products include Milgo Timeplex, Ascom Telecommunication, Ascom Broadnet, Cisco, 3Com, CES, INCAA and Controlware Communication.

Multi-Media Product
This area includes Video Conference System, Pedagogical Network for PC Computer Learning, E-mail Encryption Software and Wireless Mobile Communication System. Our principals for these products include Vcon, CES and Ascom Tetaco.

Premises Distribution System
This area includes Structured Cabling System and Building Automation System. NetSys engineers are certified Structured Cabling System designer trained and certified by the manufacturers (Lucent and Siemon) as qualified Designer. We have been actively pursuing this business sector with good result. We have so far completed a number of projects in Brunei over the past year. Our customers include Brunei Shell Petroleum, Royal Brunei Airline and the Brunei Government including the Ministry of Finance Computer Centre and the Narcotic Control Bureau Building. Our principals for these products include Lucent PDS and The Siemon Cabling System.

Service and Maintenance
Services and Maintenance revenue contributed a substantial income of NetSys. To-date, there are a total of over 50 maintenance customers on the contract list. The total annual maintenance revenue is more than S$500,000.00. This figure does not include ad hoc services and installation revenue. We expect the revenue from this area will increase over the period of time when more customers sign up for maintenance.
