We have helped many of our customers increase efficiency and profitability by reducing equipment downtime to the absolute minimum.
Based on more than 13 years of experience in the Technical Support domain, the
NetSys Customer Support Centre (NCSC) was established in 1995 to provide Local support to our customers to coordinate wide range of services.

24/365 Plan Maintenance - Offers around the clock support including holiday coverage, with four (4) hour response time

Basic Plant Maintenance - Offer the same support as 24/365 except during local business hours, Monday to Friday(0900hrs to 1800hrs) excluding Holidays.

Remote Site Support Maintenance - Offers telephone support and dial-in diagnostics and expedited repairs/replacement of parts for sites where we do not have direct service providers. The Customer purchases spare from NetSys at a discount to maintain a local inventory of parts at the remote site. Although some of our principal products such as 3Com and Timeplex have Distributors plus Affiliates and service providers around the world, there are some countries where these principals do not have at presence. Remote Site Support is offered to assist the Customer with remote network locations.
